Requirements:

1. Hands on experience with .Net at least 3 years
2. Experience with Microsoft.NET (C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, Windows Forms)
3. Excellent knowledge in MS SQL Server
4. Solid experience with XML, Webservices, UML, VSS, XSL Formationg Objects (XSL-FO)
5. Good work experience in developing large web portals - ensuring the reliability of software systems under heavy load
6. Fluent English on all levels (speaking, writing, reading)
7. Ability to communicate with customer and discuss requirements

2. Good communication skills, ability to negotiate with end clients
3. Capability to plan, despatch and control work processes among team members
