1. Languages & Technologies: .NET 2.0/3.5, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, CSS/HTML/XHTML, XML/XPath/XSLT, SOAP, Web services
2. MS SQL Server 2005
3. Visual Studio 2005/2008
4. OOP and OOD principles
5. Intermediate spoken English
6. ASP.NET Ajax, MVC will be a plus
7. SharePoint skills will be a plus
