Responsibilities:
Development and maintenance of software project for windows

Qualifications and requirements:
Computer Science or Engineering degree
Minimum of 3 years of windows development is required
Strong knowledge of C# windows forms
Experience with HTML and XML
Skills in development and debugging of complex software projects
Team player, technical written English
Knowledge of Web Services, SOAP is a plus
Experience with database is a plus
Knowledge of low level windows API is a plus

Salary: high, negotiable based on experience and skills
Location: Odessa
