LUXOFT Company (IBS group of companies) opens Installer Tester position in department, which projects are being developed for the only customer

Requirements
General
- Adept at systems level testing
- Experienced with OS and server configuration
- Experienced testing installers
- Able to switch easily between related, but distinct, installer projects
- Experienced enough to quickly acclimate to new projects with minimal product training
- Able to effectively research and test for differences due to OS platform variations
- Able to communicate effectively with the team in the US and Luxoft sites
Programming Languages
- Skilled in at least one scripting language, preferably perl, but python etc. are also ok
- Comfortable writing batch scripts
- Some knowledge of VB, expect may be useful
Operating Systems
- Linux,
- Strong skills with Red Hat Enterprise Linux ( RHEL ) or CentOS are required
- Good administrator skills with other linuxes would be very helpful
- Windows XP
- System administration knowledge required
- Administrator, configuration experience with Server 2003, 2008 and/or Vista
- Mac OSX: not necessary, but some familiarity here would be nice
- Embedded OSes: not necessary, but some familiarity here would be nice
Useful Extras
- Solaris, FreeBSD administrator experience
- Experience automating installation testing
- Experience testing java based installers, especially install4j
