Web-application development, consulting other developers

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in web development
Fluency with PHP, MySQL, HTML, AJAX, Linux, Javascript
Deep understanding of the principles of object-oriented programming.

Preferable personal characteristics:
Knowledge of Zend Framework, jsQuery, Propel is a plus.
