2. Familiar with web standards compliance and accessibility
3. Familiar with Mobile browsers
4. Can write PHP or adapt existing code
5. Comfortable with Javascript (jQuery or similar)
6. Able to work with existing creative but also offer suggestions and contributions

Experience:

• Experience in making pages using block structure
• Experience with cross-browser compatibility
• Customizing the Wordpress, Drupal engine for non-blog based sites
• Customizing and adapting existing Wordpress plugins
