Job Title: Finance/Administrative Associate

Description of responsibilities
- Ensures implementation of operational strategies, adapts processes and procedures.
- Provides accounting and administrative support to the EUBAM.
- Ensures proper monitoring, reporting and analysis of project’s financial situation .
- Ensures facilitation of knowledge building and knowledge sharing in the CO .
- Performs other functions/tasks when required.

Qualifications
• University degree, preferably in finance, economics or business administration;
• 5-6 years of progressive experience in finance, preferably in international environment;
• Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc) and advanced knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages, experience in handling of web based management systems
• Fluency (both oral and written) in the English, Ukrainian and Russian languages
