Skills & Abilities:
• Fluent English
• Considerable knowledge of strategic directions and policies and guidelines for publications and multimedia production.
• Excellent customer service skills, demonstrated by the ability to anticipate, analyze, and respond to customer requirements in a manner that provides added value and generates customer satisfaction, even in situations in which the outcome is not what the customer desired.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated by building relationships and networking.
• Excellent communication skills; the ability to express ideas and concepts in a manner appropriate for the target audience using a variety of formats.
• Creative writing skills for developing and preparing marketing strategies and campaigns, correspondence, and documentation.
• Ability to work effectively with team members based in other locations.
Background & Experience:
• Preferable previous marketing experience in a business-to-business environment.
• At least one year experience
• Industry experience in software or a similar field would be ideal |
